Challenges
The blackPack® ESY is ideally suited for training with the blackPack® Loading-Bag AQUA but functions just as well with the blackPack® Loading-Bags SAND. Our Loading-Bags SAND can each be filled with up to 2.5 kg of sand which, of course, should be as dry as possible. But you can also fill them with pebbles, stones or beach sand. Naturally, a greater challenge is offered by training with the blackPack® Loading-Bag AQUA. This bag can be filled with part water, part air to a maximum of 30 kg. The water causes an increased instability of the exercises and, thus, offer greater fun and challenge for your training.
